Finally, the time has come for summer and bright nights. While mid-summer is peaking, a whole new BLAD is blossoming. In collaboration with SPACE10, we invite you to celebrate the launch of BLAD #5 with a festive and sustainable evening with a focus on weeds and cuttings.
Come and join us celebrating the summer issue of BLAD that is bursting of weeds, cuttings and good plant stories. We also have to celebrate that the new issue is a little thicker, with more pages and an added language.
During the evening it will be possible to explore the beautiful rooms of SPACE10, visit their newly installed Urban Farm, make your own cutting or just enjoy the view of the exhibited works from BLAD #5. As always, it will be possible to purchase the issue.
Also we are so lucky to have Søren Ejlersen from Aarstiderne to come for a talk about sustainability and kombucha, and we will do a reading of the exiting story of the agave cutting “Trotskij’s Widow”, that travelled all the way from Frida Kahlo’s garden in Mexico, to Southern France in order to finally set roots in Denmark.
Aarstiderne will make sure that you can quench your thirst with their new kombucha drinks and we will provide exotic snacks.
We look forward to seeing your, toasting for the new BLAD, our contributors, SPACE10, the green future and the fact that summer is finally here.
