Join us for the first night out of two exploring how creative work will take place in the future. Throughout the night we will question and investigate trends and evolving dynamics that will change the way we live and work.

Carla Cammilla Hjort is the Director of SPACE10 and a creative and cultural entrepreneur with a deep passion for people, radical ideas and great design. In 2006 she started her first company, ArtRebels and have since added Rebel Agency, Trailerpark Festival and SPACE10 to the portfolio. Today she puts all her energy into leading and developing SPACE10, a future-living lab set up in close collaboration with Inter IKEA Systems (global owner of the IKEA brand, concept and franchise). The overall goal is to create opportunities for a better and more sustainable way of living. The common denominator for everything she does is her wish to develop projects, businesses and communities that leads to positive change. "The Rebel Way" is about unleashing the full potential of companies, communities, and people.

Besides that he has started several ventures, the last main endeavour was System One. After bringing System One into a consortium of local industry veterans, he's currently back to the drawing board working on a new kind of marketplace, that’s worth keeping an eye out for – What Works is a two-day exploration of ideas, talks and experiences hosted by SPACE10 and Startup Everywhere. Based out of Copenhagen we will explore how creative work will take place in the future by questioning and investigating trends and evolving dynamics that will change the way we live and work. We have invited a number of speakers to share their stories and ideas with us and start a conversation about work in general and where we see the society and world moving towards.

While we have the main event in Copenhagen; a number of satellite events will explore the same theme in cities like London, Hongkong, Tokyo, Budapest, Berlin, Lisbon and Blumenau where our event will be live streamed.

To help us do so we’re very excited to have three stellar speakers: Irene Pereyra from Anton and Irene, a Brooklyn based design studio with an interesting approach to work, Reed Finley from co-working imperium WeWork and Justin Gignac from Working Not Working – a global network of talent that’s changing the way creatives and companies connect and collaborate.
